We will onboard you onto ADP (Automatic Data Processing) and send a form request through the portal via email.
What is this for?
For new-hires, we require the following forms:
- Federal Form I-9
- Federal Form W-4
- State-Worked-In Form W-4
- Signed Safety Form
- Photo Release Form
- Stop Check Voluntary Deduction Form
As well a photocopy of your Passport or two forms of ID.
Who will be able to see my information?
HR & Payroll department at Wolfe Production LLC. Local labor unions may also request documents.
