ℹ

At Wolfe Production, safety is our top priority.

The following safety protocols and procedures are important and must be observed by all employees when on-site to create a safe and accident-free work environment:
Safety Gear
  • Hard hats will be provided by Wolfe Production or employees can procure their own. Hard hats are required during the following circumstances:
    1. Rigging & Truss builds
    2. Gear or heavy machinery overhead
  • Safety vests are required at all times while on-site. Wolfe Production will provide all employees with safety vests at check-in. It is the employees' responsibility to keep track of the vest the duration of the call and return it to Wolfe Production upon end-of-shift check-out. Vests are an important security measure for our venues.
  • Outdoor events will require steel-toe shoes or boots.
Safety Instruction On-site

Wolfe Production will begin each shift with a safety meeting. It is the expecta.on that all employees will be present at this meeting as it may contain special instructions pertaining to the specific venue or event. If this mee.ng is missed, it is the employees' responsibility to check-in with leadership for additional instructions prior to work. Be always aware of your surroundings to protect yourself and follow on-site instructions such as: work stop and start times. These are dictated to prevent injury and create a safe work environment.

Incident Reporting Process

Should an employee be hurt on the job, face exhaustion, or any other issues that hinder continued work, the following steps should be taken:

  1. Find your Union representative and alert them of the situation. Representatives should then contact Wolfe Production making them aware of the incident.
  2. Connect with a Wolfe Production Supervisor on-site immediately or prior to leaving if incident is stopping you from completing your shift.
  3. Fill out an incident report.
Note: should the crew member be unable to communicate or fill out an incident report due injury or emergency, a Wolfe Pack Supervisor will document the situation and follow up accordingly as soon as possible.
